PAYMENT POLICIES.
SPC Multimedia Group, Accepts Payments In The Following Ways:
• Company Checks,
• Personal Checks,
• Money Orders,
• Electronic Bank Transfers, or
• Credit Cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa).
Invoices Are Payable In Full For All New And International Clients, Within The Following Terms:
• All new, first time customer's invoices are payable, due in full, upon purchase order, unless other payment arrangements
are made prior to said order.
• All International customer's invoices are payable, due in full, upon purchase order, unless other payment arrangements
are made prior to said order.
Invoices Are Payable Within These Payment Terms For Clients Who Have Preapproval For An Open Credit Account. Business And Personal Accounts May Not Use Credit Cards For Discount Terms:
• 2% Discount/Net 10 Days, if paid by company check, personal check, money order or electronic transfer; or
• Net 30 Days, from invoice date, for all orders, unless other payment arrangements are made prior to order.
The seller reserves the right to add a late charge of 2.5% per month on the unpaid balance if payment is not received within the payment terms of sale. In the event the seller must place the account with an attorney at law for collection, the buyer agrees to pay the cost of the collection, together with any and all attorney fees for the seller's attorney(s) in the minimum amount of 25% of the amount due.
