How do we begin? It is actually a very simplistic process. Our image Building Program© is made up of a number of steps that you will need to complete, with the help of your own personal associate assistant. This highly trained assistant will be your designated aide with any and all facets relating to your business account. This does not mean that you will not be able to interact with other people within our firm. It does mean that we are providing you with a personal "Go To Individual"; someone that you can use for help that actually understands and knows about your account. This also prevents the scenario of having to explain urgent situations repeated times, to numerous individuals, when you need help right now. Having explained this, let's get into the meat and potatoes of our image building process.

Creating Your Brand To Success© Specifically For Your Business
Step One: You must first create an Associate Business Account with our firm to begin the process. It is a very easy form to fill out and it is located within our Getting Started page of our website. It should only take you a few minutes to complete.
Once we have received your associate business account information, it will be reviewed by our Solutions Manager. Next, your account will be assigned to and analyzed by your associate assistant. Your associate assistant will then familiarize themselves with your information and arrange a time and date for them to have a conference call with you concerning your needs and how you would like to proceed.
Step Two: Step two is the lengthiest and most important part of our image building process. We know your time is important and we promise to make it worthwhile. This process is necessary so we can truly understand the nuances of your business model and what makes your company unique.
During the initial conference with your personal assistant, you will discuss various specific aspects of what you are looking for within your business marketing model. What you believe to be the correct course of action for you and your business entity to take toward future growth. How you have determined these actionable decisions. Do you currently have a marketing plan? Has it been working? What is your actual marketing budget and what you would like it to be. Do you have a current website, printed media and/or promotional advertising packages for your business? There are numerous elements involved in this step, but it is sufficed to say, when you have completed this step, we will both better understand the majority of your needs, wants and expectations.
Your associate assistant will then walk you through our "cheat sheet". This questionnaire is designed to acquire specific information; such as, company goals, geographical sales goals, marketing budget position, your company's facial goals (how you want your company to be perceived in the marketplace) along with other important hot topic information. We will then merge all of this pertinent intelligence about your company and your views, to help us develop and design the plan that will allow you to Create Your Brand To Success.
At the end of this session, your associate assistant will arrange another conference call with you, to go over our results, that come from our staff conference we perform during step three, and allow us to offer our suggestions and opportunities that you can take advantage of.
Step Three: This particular step is all on our shoulders. We take the compilation of information and specific materials that we have gathered about your company, up to this point, create an Image Building Meeting with our staff of professional marketing, advertising and design personnel. During this meeting, we develop ongoing marketing and branding plans for your business or organization, culminating at our goal. Your individual Image Print©. What is your Image Print? The short explanation is that it is the end result of our image building program.
Step Four: This is the time for your second business conference. Your associate assistant will go over all of the results that came from our image building staff meeting. After this, they will inform you of the various suggestions that our team has come up with for your business and discuss your thoughts on these issues. They will explain, based upon the information collected, what opportunities there are for your company with SPC Multimedia Group and its products and services. We will then show you how this will impact your budget and your return on investment.
We will not make a move without you being 100% on board with our findings. We want you to be informed and also convinced, that the finished image print we have developed for you is what you want and can be proud of.
