ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES  |  GUIDELINES EXPLAINED . . .
SPC Multimedia Group is focused on helping businesses and organizations, create better marketing profiles, which will help increase their image and productivity throughout the public sectors.  We believe that the advertising that appears on our website, should contribute to and be consistent with the overall user experience while they are on our website.

The following guidelines which are outlined below, apply to all advertising appearing within SPCMultimedia.com.  These guidelines represent the minimally acceptable standards for advertising throughout our website.  Any advertising that violates any of the guidelines outlined below, will be removed from our website.

SPC Multimedia Group, a division of TSG World Consortium LLC, reserves the right to reject or remove ANY advertising that has been found to be unprofessional, inappropriate or does not uphold the standards explained within our advertising guidelines or that TSG World Consortium LLC deems unsuitable for our site.  We also reserve the right to approve any advertising we deem fit and these guidelines may be altered or rewritten at the discretion of TSG World Consortium LLC at any time and without notice.

These guidelines are not intended to act as legal advice and compliance to these guidelines does not necessarily constitute legal compliance.

Advertisers are accountable for certifying that their advertising complies with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations.

01.  ACCURACY.  All advertisements must clearly represent the company, product, service or brand that is being advertised.  Any product, service or brand that is promoted within the advertisement, must be clearly represented in not only the advertisement, but on the landing page and the destination site may not offer or link to any prohibited product, service or brand.  Additionally, advertisements may not suggest false relevancy to generic offers.  Advertisements must not contain false, misleading, fraudulent or deceptive claims or content of any kind.

 

All components of an advertisement, including any text, images or other media, must be relevant and appropriate to the product, service or brand being offered and the audience viewing the advertisement.  Advertisements may not contain audio or flash animation that plays automatically without a user's interaction.  Advertisements may not position products or services in a sexually suggestive manner.  Advertisements may not contain content that exploits political agendas or "hot topic" issues for commercial use.  Additionally, advertisement text must include proper grammar and the use of all symbols, numbers or letters, must adhere to the true meaning of the symbols, numbers or letters used.  Advertisements may not imply affiliation with SPCMultimedia.com© or it's parent or any of its affiliates or affiliated products, services or brands.

 

02.  DATA AND PRIVACY.  No data that is collected, derived or obtained from or in connection with any advertisement within the SPCMultimedia.com website, may be received or used by an entity that is not the actual advertiser or who is not acting on the direct behalf of the actual advertiser.  You may use information provided directly to you from users if you provide clear notice to and obtain consent from those users and comply with all applicable laws and industry guidelines.  You may not directly or indirectly sell or transfer any data to, or use such data in connection with any advertisement network, advertisement exchange, data broker or other party that does not act directly on the behalf of an actual advertiser within the SPCMultimedia.com website.  By indirectly, we mean you cannot transfer data to a third party who would then transfer the data to another party.

 

Unless prior authorization by SPC Multimedia Group is received, your advertisements may not display user data of any kind, whether it was obtained by an outside source or SPCMultimedia.com.  This may include photographs, names or testimonials.  You may not use an advertisement to facilitate collection of a user's data, including, but not limited to, demographic or usage data, usernames, passwords or any other type of data.  Any phishing, spamming or other scamming tactics allowing you to collect the user's personal information or funds is strictly prohibited and we will help in any way we can to take prosecutorial action against these entities.

 

03.  COPYRIGHTS, TRADEMARKS AND OTHER PARTIES RIGHTS.  No advertisements of any kind may include content that may infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or any other personal or proprietary rights.  Any advertisements that includes any materials of any kind, whether it be text, photographs or possible brands, said advertisers must have expressed written permission to use the copyrighted or trademarked materials.  Advertisers must hold intellectual property rights to the creative works or have expressed written permission to use and / or display such creative works on SPCMultimedia.com's website.

 

Anyone having concerns that a piece of their creative works were used, without their consent, may contact SPCMultimedia.com through our Office Of Legal Affairs.  Any advertisements found to be infringing upon a piece of intellectual property owned by the concerned party, will be removed from SPCMultimedia.com.

 

04.  ADVERTISING CONTENT.  All advertisers must ensure that their advertisements and the content contained within them, comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations.  Any and all claims made within the advertisements must be adequately substantiated.  In conjunction with the guidelines set forth by SPC Mutlimedia Group, the following content is prohibited within SPCMultimedia.com website:

 

A.  Advertisements must not contain fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or false content.

B.  Advertisements must not be offensive, obscene or inappropriate to users in any way.

C.  Advertisements must not contain or in any way promote illegal products or services.

D.  Advertisements must not violate any third party rights.

E.  Advertisements must not contain illegal products or services of any kind.

F.   Advertisements must not contain any content that deals with alcohol, tobacco, firearms or weapons of any kind.

G.  Advertisements must not contain any content that deals with uncertified pharmaceutical products, unlawful or illegal drugs

     or substances along with any related products or services.

H.  Advertisements must not contain or promote the sale of prescription pharmaceuticals or online pharmacies, except that

     advertisements for certified pharmacies may be permitted with prior written approval from SPC Multimedia Group.

I.   Advertisements must not contain dietary or herbal supplements without prior written approval by SPC Multimedia Group.

J.   Advertisements must not contain or promote illegal activities, scams, pyramid schemes or chain letters.

K.  Advertisements must not contain or promote online gambling.

L.  Advertisements must not contain or promote sweepstakes or contents unless prior permission is received from SPC

     Multimedia Group in writing.

M. Advertisements must not contain or promote sexually explicit adult content, including, but not limited to; nudity, sexual

     terminology or photographs, sexually oriented toys, products or videos.

N.  Advertisements must not contain or promote adult dating sites with sexual emphasis or structure.

O.  Advertisements must not contain spy cams or illegal surveillance devices.

P.   Advertisements must not contain or promote illegal downloads of software, media or other proprietary materials.

Q.  Advertisements must not contain or promote products and services that are illegal for use by minors in their jurisdictions

     or that are deemed to be inappropriate or unsafe.

R.  Advertisements must not contain or promote inflammatory religious content of any kind.

S.  Advertisements must not contain or promote politically religious agendas and / or any associations with hate, criminal,

     violence or terrorist activities.

 

05.  ADVERTISEMENT REJECTION.  Any advertisement deemed inappropriate or unlawful, based upon, but not limited to, the guidelines set forth in these "Advertising Guidelines", can be rejected for submission by SPC Multimedia Group.  SPC Multimedia Group and it's parent and affiliates, have total and final say whether an advertisement is appropriate in nature and whether it will be accepted for placement within their directory website.

 

06.  UPGRADE, CHANGE, CANCELLATION OR REMOVAL OF ADVERTISEMENT. All advertising contracts run for a full twelve (12) month period of time and are billed annually.  No advertisement is placed until the billing is paid in full.  If during this contract period, an advertiser wishes to either upgrade, change or cancel their advertisement or for any reason the advertisement is removed by SPC Multimedia Group, the following conditions apply:

 

     06A.  Upgrade Of Advertisement.  If a company wishes to upgrade their advertisement, they may do so at any time during the installed contract period, as long as it complies with the advertising guidelines set forth.  Any additional fees that apply to the upgrade, will come due immediately, prior to placement of upgraded advertisement.  The contract period will not change, but may be renewed at the end of the contract period.

 

     06B.  Change Of Advertisement.  If a company wishes to change their advertisement and replace it with updated copy, they may do so at any time during the installed contract period, as long as it complies with the advertising guidelines set forth.  An additional one (1) time change fee will apply and come due immediately, prior to placement of the changed advertisement.  The contract period will not change, but may be renewed at the end of the contract period.

 

     06C.  Cancellation Of Advertisement.  If a company wishes to cancel their advertisement, they may do so at any time during the installed contract period; however, there will be no refund of any kind once the advertisement has been placed.

 

     06D.  Removal Of Advertisement.  If a company has their advertisement removed from SPCMultimedia.com's website  by SPC Multimedia Group, at any time, due to breach of advertising guidelines or is found to be inappropriate in content or design by SPC Multimedia Group, there will be no recourse on the part of the advertiser and there will be no refund of any kind once the advertisement is removed.

 

07.  RESERVATION OF RIGHTS.  As permitted by law, SPC Multimedia Group, a division of the TSG World Consortium LLC, cooperates with all law enforcement agencies, in identifying anyone who may be using our website, servers or services for illegal activities and ill-gotten gains.  We also reserve the right to report any suspected illegal activity to law enforcement agencies, individuals or entities.

 

08.  INDEMNIFICATION.  Advertisers and their companies agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SPC Multimedia Group, its parent or affiliate companies, corporations, partners, agents or its employees, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including and without limitation of reasonable legal fees alleging or resulting from their advertisements and their use of the SPCMultimedia.com's Advertisement Server.
